Sharjah 24: In continuation of its plans, which is consistent with the goals of the Sharjah Sports Council, the Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club discussed the mechanism and regulations of the human resources system within the workshops prepared by the club's human resources department.
This came during the workshop that was held at the club’s headquarters and coincided with the club’s strategic goals for the period of 2023-2027, targeting the club’s employees, services departments, administrative affairs, legal and financial affairs, and human resources.
His Excellency Ibrahim Saeed Baghdad Al Darmaki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, attended the workshop and a large number of the club's cadres and those concerned with sports, administrative and human resources affairs.
Khaled Abdullah Saleh Al Marzouqi, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Team Games Committee, delivered a welcoming speech, and Aser Al Masiri presented the workshop, during which the most important mechanisms and amendments to the regulations were explained.
He touched on defining the most prominent features of the Human Resources Law and its most important applications.
This aims to spread administrative awareness and clarifying the mechanisms for applying the regulations that embody the standards of human resources management.
