UAE expresses solidarity with Egypt on death of attaché in Sudan

Sharjah 24 – WAM: The UAE expressed its sincere condolences and solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt over the death of the Assistant Administrative Attaché at its embassy in Khartoum.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to secure a ceasefire, encourage a return to the agreed political process and dialogue, and advance in the transitional phase in order to achieve the desired political stability and security in Sudan.

In this regard, the UAE stressed its commitment to working with its partners and the international community to achieve all that serves the interests of the Sudanese people.
