Details of the convoy’s arrival were shared during a press conference at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, which focused on addressing the severe shortage of medical supplies as hospital stocks dwindle.
Dr Abdulrahman Hamad Al Aryani, Director of the UAE Field Hospital, stated that under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, the hospital continues to provide essential medical assistance. He emphasized that the convoy included a wide variety of medications and equipment to ease suffering and reinforce healthcare resilience.
Sharif Al-Nairab, Media Director for the operation, noted that support for Gaza’s healthcare sector remains a key priority. He confirmed that medical and relief convoys will continue uninterrupted to address growing needs and help mitigate the ongoing health catastrophe.
Dr Mohammed Zaqout, Director General of Hospitals at Gaza’s Ministry of Health, praised the UAE’s humanitarian commitment. He said the arrival of new medical supplies significantly strengthens healthcare services and demonstrates genuine solidarity with the people of Gaza.
