Strengthening bilateral cooperation

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and explored new prospects for cooperation across key sectors such as the economy, trade, investment, renewable energy, and food security. These areas were highlighted as essential pillars for advancing joint development goals.

UAE’s commitment to Balkan ties

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed reiterated the UAE’s commitment to building strong and growing relations with Montenegro and other Balkan countries. He praised the consistent growth of cooperation across a variety of sectors and expressed the UAE’s interest in expanding these partnerships.

Warm welcome and participation

Upon his arrival in Podgorica, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah was welcomed by Prime Minister Spajić. The meeting was also attended by Saeed Mubarak Rashid Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Establishment and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Trade Affairs, along with several ministers and senior officials from Montenegro.
