According to Saeed Al-Hafri, director of the Al-Bataeh Social Services Department, the festival is a highly anticipated event that draws people from all over the region.
According to Al-Hafari, the Al-Bataeh office takes part in this significant event every year in order to highlight the services it offers to the general public. This is especially true in the areas of community and health education.
Al-Hafari singled out the "distinguished participation" of the "Al-Asala" Club's senior citizens, who ran workshops on perfumes, incense, cooking, palm fronds, and the activities of a home production centre, as well as programmes for young people on the richness of Emirati heritage, customs, and traditions.
He explained the role that notable families had in the home production centre's operations.
