Sharjah24: Sheikh Saud bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, CEO of the real estate sector Sharjah Asset Management (SAM), inaugurated the activities of the 1st edition of the "Family" festival at Kshisha Park, which is organised by the Sharjah Asset Management Company, under the slogan ‘Unforgettable Winter Memories’, running between January 19th - 29th, with the participation of many government agencies and institutions in the emirate.
A notable group of government agencies and institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah participates in the festival, namely the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority ‘Shurooq’, Sharjah Children's Centers, Environment And Protected Areas Authority, Department Of Agriculture And Livestock, Sharjah Media City ‘Shams', Sharjah Police, Civil Defence Authority and Social Services Department.
Over the course of the 10 consecutive festival days, the festival offers different artistic and educational activities, handicraft workshops, a cinema for children, food stalls catering many cuisines, and many more fun activities, events and competitions to keep visitors entertained.
