SEC discusses cooperation with UAEU, 'Ataa'

The SEC stressed the importance of its cooperation with the concerned authorities in fulfilling its visions to lay the educational foundations that regulate the work of nurseries and clarify the educational aspects and methods of measuring them in light of the SEC's care for early childhood in the Emirate of Sharjah.

In this regard, the SEC, represented by the Department of Early Childhood, discussed cooperation with the UAEU represented by the College of Education, as well as with the Ataa Educational Company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to benefit from the experiences of both parties in ensuring the quality of programmes and services provided to children in early childhood. 

The partnership was strengthened with the College of Education at the UAEU to undertake the translation and adoption of the education curriculum, in addition to its important and closely related role with the SEC in preparing a study in cooperation with the University of Sharjah on the outputs of government nurseries.

The study would work to continue the vision of the SEC in achieving the comprehensive and integrated growth of young people and providing an enhanced educational environment for the nursery community in the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as building an effective partnership with the parents to bring about a qualitative leap in the learning and care services provided to young children that go beyond traditional educational concepts.

It also includes joint cooperation with the Ataa Educational Company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has many experiences to support the work of the SEC, identifying the most important educational activities and the implementation mechanism, and learning about the experience of individual classes and the mechanism of working on them.
