The programme aimed to develop participants' skills, build their advisory and dialogue capabilities, and prepare them to engage in tourism.
Workshops were implemented in cooperation with the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority public speaking, aiming to hone their communication skills.
Several visits were also organised in Sharjah, including museums, Al Qasba area, the Heart of Sharjah, Sharjah Safari, the heritage area, the central and eastern regions, and some new modern projects.
Alia Saeed Al Shamsi, Acting Head of the Student Activities and Skills Department at the Sharjah Education Council, explained the programme achieved great success after the students acquired skills in tourism guidance and introduced them to the etiquette of Emirati hospitality.
