Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Charity International (SCI) announced the construction of 110 homes, in a number of countries covered by its humanitarian projects during the past year.
Executive Director Abdullah Sultan bin Khadim said that the SCI spent during 2022 more than 2.2 million dirhams to build 52 houses in Cambodia, 24 in Malawi, 5 in the Philippines, and the same number in Niger, 3 in Senegal, 7 in Bangladesh, in addition to a house in Indonesia and two in Ghana, 3 in Kenya, 4 houses in Liberia, 2 in Mauritania, and another in Nepal, and handing them over to those who deserve them.
He pointed out that the SCI is following through its delegations the progress of work in these projects, and the extent of the commitment of the executing authorities to the stages of construction and the delivery of facilities at the agreed time.
