This year’s ceremony was all the more special since the event has not taken place for the past two years due to the pandemic. The club was able to overcome these difficult times and continued accommodating its visitors and members to a great extent. This was possible due to the management’s impeccable crisis management skills, internal planning and safety measures and the significant leap that was witnessed in 2022.
The ceremony strengthened relations between the club employees, encouraging and supporting staff in their pursuit of excellence. The club strives to honour creative and outstanding individuals, introducing healthy competition and prompting staff to bring forward their initiatives in order to deliver the best services to women and children, making Sharjah Ladies Club the leading club for women and children in the UAE and an inspiring destination for its clients.
Khawla Al Serkal, Director General of Sharjah Ladies Club, welcomed the attendees and praised them for their great efforts and dedication. She said: “The 40th anniversary of founding the club is a chance to thank all our employees who have contributed to our incredible success journey. She added: “I am proud of the club’s continued progress and development and our record for providing the best services to women and children right across our facilities. That includes health and beauty, our hospitality facilities and our arts and education departments. We have invested in intensive training for our employees, improving customer service and embracing the digital revolution, all with the aim of becoming the best club destination in the region.”

She said their individual and collective efforts and contributions have helped enhance the club’s strong presence in society, as well as providing added value to the services and events guests could enjoy.
