The ceremony began with a tour of the "Noon Art Gallery", inspecting the artworks participating in the award. Then, the activities of the ceremony started, held in the Beach Lounge of the club, in the presence of Khawla Al Serkal, Director General of the SLC, and artists. The award is about the path of altered ideas that people go through over time.
28 artworks out of 76, by creative artists from 13 different nationalities living in the UAE, were qualified.
Sania Muhammad Adnan was awarded in the drawing category award, and in the photography category, Zahraa Ali Attaei.
The award chosen by the judges in the drawing category went to the artist Bodour Hamdi Azzam.
Al Serkal expressed her profound gratitude to Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi for her unlimited support for the Noon Arts Award, the primary reason for the continuous success of the award, which led to the launching of its fifth edition to celebrate and highlight the creativity of women in Sharjah.
She pointed out that through the award, the club cares about embracing artists’ creativity from different nationalities, contributing to women's empowerment, encouraging their dreams and supporting their ambitions.
At the end of the ceremony, all participants, the judge’s committee, the sponsor National Paints and the award collaborators, Sharjah Art Foundation, Nikon Middle East, and Tashkeel were thanked for their participation and contribution to the success of the event
