Sharjah24: His Excellency Jamal Salem Al Tarifi, President of Al Qasimia University (AQU) on Monday chaired the 9th periodic meeting of the Board of Trustees of Al Qasimia University, which was held at the university's headquarters in Sharjah, in the presence of members of the Board of Trustees and the University Director.
In his welcoming speech to the members of the Board of Trustees, His Excellency Al Tarifi congratulated all members on the occasion of the formation of the Board of Trustees in its new session, expressing hopes that the Board will continue in achieving further success to support the University's work system during the next stage.
On their behalf, Al Tarifi expressed sincere thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Founder of Al Qasimia University, for his continuous support to enhance the quality of the educational process and to continue its local, regional and global success.
During the meeting, the University's Board of Trustees discussed many issues related to various educational, academic and administrative aspects, as well as the University's executive plan and its various units for the year 2022-2023. The council also approved the graduation of the fourth batch of Al Qasimia University students for Fall Semester for the academic year 2022-2023.
