This is a culmination of its efforts in adopting capabilities and institutional resilience in government work and developing the work system, applying best institutional practices, defining terms related to organisational resilience and its principles, and identifying features and activities that support the authority in achieving and strengthening its organisational flexibility, and enhancing the quality of life of society.
Aisha Hussein Abdullah, Director of the Strategy and Institutional Development Department at SEWA, confirmed that the authority continues to implement its strategy to develop the capabilities of human cadres and the work system in the field of institutional flexibility, in line with the directives of the wise leadership in the Emirate of Sharjah.
She explained that the Authority’s obtaining the ISO 22316:2017 accreditation contributes to supporting the system of excellence and institutional development and raising the efficiency of strategic plans, in accordance with best international practices, to ensure the authority’s ability to flexible and continuous response to keep pace with any changes in the needs and expectations of customers, and ensure the sustainability of results in all circumstances.
