The club's participation comes through the display of old cars that bear witness to historical eras of the automotive industry. Focus is also made on many accompanying events and interactive workshops for children.
Mohammed bin Butti Al Hajri, Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Old Cars Club, said, "During our participation this year, we targeted the category of children and families, as the visitor to the club's pavilion enjoys watching historical eras of rare cars dating back to the fifties of the last century, in addition to presenting interesting workshops for children that enrich their imagination, instill in them the culture of owning old cars through drawings, installation parts, and many accompanying events.
Al Hajri confirmed that the club is following an ambitious plan to participate in events and festivals that target all segments of society to promote the sport of old cars, and spread it among the interested and amateurs, stressing that the club's participating pavilion witnessed a wide turnout from the public.
