Sharjah24: His Excellency Khalid Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, expressed his happiness at the launch of the activities of the Sharjah International Travel and Tourism Forum in its ninth edition, under the generous patronage of Under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
Al Midfa said that the activities of the forum were inaugurated Thursday morning by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq, Minister of Economy and a large number of sheikhs and senior officials from all state departments and institutions, as well as experts and specialists in the tourism sector worldwide.
Al Midfa indicated that the forum deals every year with topics and points of interest to this sector and the changes that the tourism sector is going through, in which the concepts of travel and tourism are renewed, as the forum seeks, through a group of experts and speakers in the dialogue sessions, to get acquainted with the best practices and global trends in the tourism sector, and modern technologies.
