Sharjah 24: Khaled Jassim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, announced the launch of the 10th edition of the Sharjah International Travel and Tourism Forum.
Al Midfa confirmed that the activities of the 10th edition of the Sharjah International Travel and Tourism Forum focus on an important aspect, which is sustainability.
He told “Sharjah 24” that the concept of sustainability is broad and applies to many vital sectors, and today, we brought together an elite group of experts in the field of tourism and sustainability specialists, who shared with us their opinions and the latest developments in the sustainable tourism sector, and how some practices and technologies can help individuals, institutions and governments to reduce environmental impact.
Khaled Al Midfa hopes that the forum will achieve the desired goals and ensure the sustainability of the tourism sector, through such forums and platforms, and we wish success to everyone.
