Sharjah24 – WAM: Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, received today Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, Chief of Italy's Defense Staff, in the presence of Mattar Salem Ali Al Dhaheri, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, and a number of senior officers of the Ministry of Defence.

During the meeting, Al Bowardi lauded the development and growth that the UAE-Italy cooperation and relations have seen and their countries' keenness to expand their cooperation in all fields, especially those related to military and defence affairs.

Al Bowardi and Dragone reviewed aspects of the cooperation between the UAE and Italy in the military and defence fields, and ways to further develop them to ensure further coordination and collaboration between their countries.
