Sharjah24: Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) organised a training workshop for its employees from various departments on the foundations and standards of strategic planning, as it is the main and effective element in development processes and raising efficiency. Forty-seven employees participated in the workshop.
Aisha Hussein Abdullah, Director of Strategy and Institutional Development Department, explained that the training workshop aims to support the departments, and provide the necessary guidelines for preparing strategic plans for the year 2023, within a coherent and unified direction that helps achieve the departments' ambitious goals.
She stressed the importance of the training workshop in providing support, assistance and guidance to the departments, which began their preparations to develop strategic plans to achieve the best results that serve all groups with an innovative vision that focuses on results, enhances innovation, successful planning, and increases performance efficiency in all its forms.
