Sharjah24: Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) received the CX Transformation Award 2022 shield from Avaya International Company, in appreciation of the efforts of the authority’s call center management in the field of digital transformation, applying the latest technologies, developing the call center during a record period and applying best practices in the field of services Electricity, water and natural gas.
Muhammad Abdullah, Director of the Call Center Department, explained that the authority received this shield and honour in recognition of its comprehensive transformation and strengthening of the call center management with the latest systems for receiving and handling communications received through the unified number (600566665) for services and the number (991) for emergency cases.
He pointed out that SEWA's call center relies on a set of procedures and processes that focus on achieving the integrated quality policy and its objectives to meet the needs of customers and adopt a thinking methodology by anticipating risks and taking the necessary measures for them, identifying opportunities and working to invest them in order to drive continuous improvement processes within the work system.
