Sharjah24: The work of the first international training forum (Foreseeing the future of training after Covid 19 - opportunities and challenges) was concluded on Tursday, which was organised by the Center for Continuing Education and Development at Al Qasimia University (AQU).
Fourteen researchers and 9 institutions participated in the forum, which dealt with several topics, and a number of recommendations and results that chart the way for the future of training after the end of the pandemic, including: expanding the use of artificial intelligence tools and metaviruses; to make the training process more attractive and interactive.
The forum's recommendations emphasised the importance of adopting case studies and training projects within training strategies, and training plans keep pace with the state's trends and needs in the future.
