Sharjah24: The Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States (ALECGS) in Sharjah launches the sixth remote training program entitled: "Teaching Reading for Beginners in the Light of Oral Language Requirements".
The Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States continued to launch a package of distance training programs on developing methods for teaching and learning the Arabic language.
The sixth training program was launched to provide a list of oral linguistic requirements and a program based on meeting those requirements. The program offers 12 training hours that will continue until the 12th of this October.
Commenting on this, Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah, confirmed that the program includes a wide range of oral language activities, contributing to developing children's various abilities.
He pointed out that the program comes with the participation of 65 participants specialised in the field of teaching and learning the Arabic language in the first classes from the ministries of education in the member states of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, in addition to the participation of some African countries. The number of participants reached 18 participants from university professors and specialists in the field of language The Arab League, with the participation of 6 countries, namely South Sudan, Guinea, Senegal, Nigeria, Mali and Chad.
The program aims to develop a list of some oral language requirements for teaching reading to beginners.
Al Hammadi clarified that the programs provide training to several Arabic language specialists in the member states of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, through a series of training courses in several areas of learning the Arabic language.
He also indicated that the package of programs aims to raise the level of skills of specialists in the Arabic language, and improve the level of students’ achievement in the Arabic language in member states.
