Sharjah24: Aman Ya Beladi programme , prepared by the Department of Media and Public Relations of the Sharjah Police, which is broadcast live on Sharjah Radio, hosted today on Monday, Colonel Mona Sorour Al Shuwaihi, Deputy Director of the Punitive and Correctional Institution Department of the Sharjah Police , who sparked light on Sharjah Police's efforts in supporting elderly.

The programme discussed the efforts made by the Sharjah Police on the occasion of the punitive and correctional institution being awarded the title of an elderly-friendly institution for this year, reviewing the conditions and criteria that have been met, in addition to the efforts and initiatives made by the Sharjah Police General Command in supporting the emirate's directions in supporting senior citizens.

Maha Mansour Al Ali, Director of Government Communications at the Department of Social Services, during the program’s episode, on the Elderly Forum in its eleventh session, the services provided to senior citizens and the elderly in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the initiatives that have been organized in this field. She also praised the cooperation between the Department of Social Services and the General Command of the Police Sharjah.
