The training course was presented by Mazen Bizrah, who sparked light on quality management system, the principles of quality management that revolve around focusing on the customer in order to achieve complete satisfaction with the quality of the service provided, in addition to strengthening the concept of leadership among the work team to make them feel responsible towards their department.
For his part, Abdullah Sultan bin Khadim, Executive Director, stated that these workshops aim to move the association to higher levels, more successes, and clarify the responsibility on the work teams so that everyone works within the framework of one team, which leads to achieving the goal of the association.
Bin Khadim pointed out that in light of the current changes that made charitable work a key partner in the development of societies and a major supporter of individuals in enabling them to rely on themselves, we must keep pace with these changes based on scientific foundations.
