Sharjah24: His Excellency Jamal Salem Al Tarifi, President of Al Qasimia University (AQU), accompanied by a number of members of the University’s Board of Trustees and Prof. Dr. Awad Al Khalaf, President of the University, met with the University’s academic staff on the occasion of the start of the academic year 2022/2023.
During the meeting, he reviewed the aspects of the university’s strategy towards teaching, scientific research and community service.
Al-Tarifi discussed the ambitious plans to continue advancing the educational level at the university in light of the attractive and distinguished educational environment that serves all students from all over the world, bringing the number of countries whose students have joined the university to 113 countries to achieve the vision of its founder, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, member of the Council Supreme Ruler of Sharjah.
Jamal Salem Al-Tarifi, President of Al Qasimia University, inaugurated "Imam Al Shafi'i" building for student housing, during his tour of the residence building and its housing rooms, facilities and various services to accommodate students studying at the university and provide them with all educational and sports services according to the highest standards.
