Sharjah24: As part of the Emirati Women's Day celebration, the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA) organised a dialogue session entitled "Emirati Women: An Inspiring Reality and a Sustainable Future", during which Alia bin Hazeem Al Suwaidi, a member of the Sharjah Youth Council and a laboratory technician in the authority, was hosted to talk about the role of Emirati women to advance the wheel of renaissance and development.
At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Suwaidi introduced herself to the attendees, speaking about her passion for documentation and archiving since her childhood, which was reflected in her choice to study “Biochemistry” at the University of Sharjah, and then complete her postgraduate studies in the same field, which contributed to providing her with the practical experiences necessary to work within the Amana team. Documents belonging to the authority, to restore and treat historical documents and protect them from any factors that may expose them to damage.

Al Suwaidi also spoke about the pioneering role of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, President of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah (SCFA), in various social and humanitarian fields, and considering Her Highness as a role model for all Emirati women who represent an inspiring present and a brighter future for the country. She also talked about the book "Essential Messages", which includes a summary of the experience and wisdom of Her Highness at various levels.
