Sharjah24: Sheikh Mohammed bin Fayez Al Qasimi, Director of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Department at the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA), announced that the Authority organised internal and external environment analysis sessions to develop the Authority’s work system, presenting 47 strategic plans at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa), that will be implemented in the 2024 plans.
Sheikh Mohammed stressed that these sessions focus on identifying strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, as well as opportunities for success and challenges in the external environment. He also stated that 47 strategies and 700 topics were proposed for discussion, with the goal of making data-driven decisions that ensure long-term sustainability and achievement of expected goals.
He lauded operational plans of the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority, stressing that the Authority constantly works to develop its work, in line with its general strategies to achieve the emirate’s goals, aiming to meet the aspirations of society’s members by translating its various projects and initiatives into tangible results.
