Sharjah24: The development workshops for volleyball coaches and players in Sharjah clubs witnessed great success through the programme that was organised during the period from 20 to 23 August at Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club, with the participation of 20 distinguished players from the emirate’s clubs.
His Excellency Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, praised the success of the internal camp for the coaches and players of the emirate’s clubs, as it included lectures and practical and theoretical workshops presented by the French expert Damien Bennex, who holds French and international training certificates and an international lecturer since 1994 in many countries.
He concluded: Such programmes, which include theoretical and practical workshops, represent a great positive aspect, especially with the participation of foreign experts in various team games, including volleyball. We thank the coaches and participating players for the interest and interaction in the internal camp and seeking to benefit from foreign expertise in this regard.
