Sharjah 24: In the midst of a remarkable competition by the sports clubs participating in the summer activities under the umbrella of the Sharjah Sports Council, and with a great turnout, Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club successfully concluded the Water Games Festival organised at its headquarters Friday morning.
Al Dhaid Club’s unique organisation of the event enhanced the SSS’s “Our Holiday Is Different” initiative targeting age group 12 - 17, affiliated to all the clubs of the Emirate of Sharjah.
At the end of the event, the winners were honoured by Salem Saif Al Jari Al Ketbi, Executive Director of Al Dhaid Club, in the presence of several other officials and sports enthusiasts.
Al Ketbi highlighted Al Dhaid Club's keenness to organise the Water Games Festival annually as part of its summer programmes, which are allocated to all clubs in the Emirate of Sharjah in light of the club's success in this organisation and the great turnout by club players.
