Sharjah24: The Arabic Language Academy (ALA) in Sharjah organized the third dialogue session , under the title "The Art of Writing and Transmission... How to Become a Creative Writer", in which Dr. Abdul Sattar Al Sheikh, writer, historian and co-member of the Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language, hosted Dr. Muhammad Safi Al Mosteghanemi, Secretary-General of the Academy of the Arabic Language in Sharjah, and a group of academics, intellectuals, teachers and university students, and interviewed by researcher Hisham Saeed.
Dr. Abdul-Sattar Al-Sheikh emphasized that science, sincerity and humility are the pillars of a successful creative writer, and that frequent reading is a major factor in broadening the writer’s horizons to present new and creative things that benefit the world of readers, and enrich the human library with useful knowledge.
Professor Abdul-Sattar Al-Sheikh pointed out that the writer’s knowledge of various sciences and knowledge is a factor that establishes in the writer the personality of the encyclopedic author who enriches his ideas , stressing the need to sit with scholars and creators of the book and not be satisfied with reading their scientific products.
The attendees valued the event, which contribute to the establishment of generations that love reading and have a passion for enriching their knowledge. They also thanked the Academy of the Arabic Language for the scientific sessions that allow the public to benefit from the scholars and researchers who enrich the "language council" with their experiences and knowledge in various sections of the Arabic language and its literature.
