Qasimia University and Islamic University of Madinah sign a MoU

Sharjah 24: In follow-up to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to hold strategic partnerships with different educational institutions within and outside the UAE, in order to benefit, cooperate and exchange experiences in the educational and academic field, His Excellency Jamal Al Tarifi, Head of Al Qasimia University, visited the Islamic University of Madinah in Madinah Al Munawwarah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during which he signed a memorandum of understanding with the President of the Islamic University, His Highness Prince Prof. Mamdouh bin Saud bin Thunayan Al Saud.
At the invitation of the President of the Islamic University of Madinah, His Excellency the Head of Al Qasimia University attended the graduation ceremony of the 58th batch, which was held recently at the headquarters of the Islamic University of Madinah.

His Excellency Jamal Al Tarifi stressed the importance of the MoU with the Islamic University of Madinah, which comes as a translation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

Al Tarifi pointed out that this agreement works to build bridges of integration between Arab academic institutions with common goals, especially with the Islamic University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its distinguished position in the scientific and cultural field.

Al Tarifi explained that this agreement would enhance the global mission of Al Qasimia University and its future vision in consolidating the foundations of joint cooperation with Arab and international institutions to exchange experiences, academic and research partnerships and other joint cultural, academic and research activities that seek to enhance cooperation between the two universities.
