Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi expressed his pleasure in graduating a new group of University of Sharjah students of medical and health colleges, by saying “It is our pleasure to celebrate your great achievement as we realize the importance of your major in the society”.
President of University of Sharjah highlighted the importance of the medical and health professions and the great role played by their cadres in limiting the spread of the Covid-19 .
During his speech, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah congratulated the graduates, greeting them and their families, and their professors for success and scientific excellence, wishing them success in their working lives.
After that, Prof. Dr Hamid Majul Al Nuaimi, UoS Chancellor, delivered a speech expressing his thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, for his kindness in sponsoring and honouring the ceremony and honouring the graduates. UoS Chancellor congratulated Deputy Ruler of Sharjah on the graduation of new batch of medical and health graduates.
UoS Chancellor greeted graduates, congratulating them on their success, pointing out the importance of their major in bearing responsibility, and he encouraged them to continue learning .
Then the graduation ceremony began, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi handed over certificates to 579 graduates, from the faculties of: medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and health sciences, congratulating them and praying to God Almighty to guide them in their practical and career lives.
The graduate, Shamma Muhammad Al-Ghoul, a graduate of the College of Health Sciences, delivered a speech on behalf of the graduates, expressing her thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi for his patronage of the University of Sharjah.
At the end of the graduation ceremony, the Dean of the College of Medicine called the graduates to take the oath of professionals in the medical and health fields before Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, President of the University, pledging to perform their medical and health tasks with dedication and sincerity.
