Sharjah24: The Organizing Committee of Sharjah Border Ports and Points and the Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) discussed cooperation in a meeting recently held at Khatm Melaha border port to yield outstanding achievement and exchange of experiences in various fields, including inspection operations.
The meeting was attended by Mohamed Ibrahim Al Raisi, Director of Ports and Border Points Affairs, Chairman of the Organizing Committee; Lt. Col. Ahmed Juma Al Khaili from the Special Tasks Sector of Abu Dhabi Police, Mohamed Al Serkal, Director of the Security Department at Federal Customs Authority, and a group of officers and officials from both sides.
The meeting dealt with strengthening security measures between the competent authorities, in addition to reviewing the latest updates on border points affairs and ways to overcome the challenges facing work.
