Sharjah 24: The Traffic and Licensing Department, represented by the Technical Inspection Department at the Sharjah Police, organised an introductory workshop on the Customer Happiness Charter (the UAE Government's Promise for Future Services) with service providers for technical inspection (ENOC, ADNOC, and Rafid) at the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre.
The organisation of the workshop came within the framework of achieving the strategy of the Ministry of Interior in enhancing public confidence in the effectiveness of the services delivered, and ensuring that all administrative services are provided in accordance with standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.

The workshop was presented by Lieutenant-Colonel Mohamed Ahmed Al Mahrazi, Head of the Technical Inspection Department, and Captain Salah Salem Al-Hammadi from the Strategy Department. The workshop aims to enhance customer satisfaction with the services provided to them by the technical inspection centres at the level of the Emirate of Sharjah.
