On Tuesday, Sheikh Ahmed Abdulkarim, Preacher at Sharjah Department of Islamic Affairs, gave a lecture at the Heyawa Suburb Council in Khorfakkan about the virtues of the “Last 10 Days” of Ramadan.
Abdulkarim stated that the lecture aimed to familiarise the audience with the importance of the last days of Ramadan and how Muslims should spend these blessed days.
He pointed out that Muslims should follow the example of Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, in actively seeking God's forgiveness and engaging in various acts of worship during these nights.
He added that “Qadr Night” is a highly blessed night in the “Last 10 Days” of Ramadan. He added that the scholars estimated the reward of “Qadr Night” in engaging in various acts of worship for 83 years and 4 months.
