Al Hamriyah Municipality organises lecture on scourge of drugs

Sharjah24: Al Hamriyah Municipality, organized a community lecture on illegal drugs. It was organized in cooperation with the Anti-Narcotics Department of Sharjah Police and the Al Hamriyah District Council of Sharjah District and Villages Affairs Department.

Held at Al Hamriyah District Council HQ, Saif Obaid Bouvier Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Hamriyah District Council, and Hamid Fayez Al Shamsi, Vice President of Al Hamriyah Municipal Council, attended the lecture along with other invitees.

The lecture aimed to enhance security and safety for all segments of society to introduce the scourge of drugs, their types, causes of drug addiction, their impact on society, their harm, and ways to prevent them. The lecture also emphasizes the importance of the role of the family and its follow-up to its children.
