Al Hamriyah District Council Chairman Saif Obaid Bouvier Al Shamsi, Hamriyah Municipal Council Vice President Hamid Fayez Al Shamsi, Al Hamriyah District Council Vice President Obaid Khalaf Al Ali, and a number of Al Hamriyah locals and guests attended the lecture.
During the lecture, Al Hamriyah Municipality public health specialists shared many awareness messages about the preparation and shipping of foodstuffs, safe storage techniques, and proper temperatures for each sort of item.
They gave a detailed explanation of the food quality and safety rules, as well as how to keep food safe, how to clean, and how to cook it properly.
At the end of the lecture, the winners of the competition based on the lecture got gifts and awards.
