Sharjah 24: Engineer Ali Ahmed Saeed Al Muhairi, Board Member and Head of the Culture and Community Committee at Al Hamriyah Club, announced the launch of a package of programmes of the club during the holy month of Ramadan, with the aim of promoting community sports.
This includes the "Sport before Iftar" programme, in Al Hamriyah Beach Park, under the supervision of the Sharjah Sports Council.
He added to “Sharjah 24”, that all segments of society practice sports before Iftar, and Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club wanted to promote community sports by providing a specialised and professional fitness trainer for participants in the "Sport before Iftar" programme. This comes in line with the direction of the Emirate of Sharjah to be child and elderly friendly through maintaining health.
Al Muhairi pointed out that Al Hamriyah Club organises during the holy month of Ramadan a variety of programs, including the "Ramadan Tales" programme, the "Ramadan with a Star" programme, in addition to "Sport before Iftar".
