Sharjah 24: According to r. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage and Chairman of the Higher Committee of Sharjah Heritage Days, this year's " Heritage Days" were successful in highlighting the connection between heritage and the future.
While attending a book signing ceremony in Heritage Square with a group of researchers and professionals who co-authored the book, "Heritage and the Future, Approaches and Visions."
Al-Muslim commented on the book, emphasising that it represents the "Crème de la crème" of new ideas for reviving heritage and restoring its role in shaping the future, and that the book's significance lies in addressing many fundamental questions about the future of knowledge, the world, cultural privacy, and intertwined identities in the age of globalisation.
A group of researchers participating in the book attended the signing ceremony and expressed their gratitude and respect for the great effort made and continues to be made by the Institute to safeguard heritage and national identity.
