The interviews targeted 300 male and female researchers who had a degree in banking studies; 74 of them to be nominated to fill positions at five banking corporations and banks (National Bank of Fujairah, United Arab Bank, QIB Bank, Mashreq Bank, and Al Ansari Exchange Company).
The forum, which was attended by Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, Member of the Emirate of Sharjah's Executive Council and Chairman of the Human Resources Directorate, stems from the department's role in promoting and implementing Emiratisation policies, as well as in implementing wise leadership directives to provide opportunities for job seekers to obtain suitable jobs that guarantee them a decent life.
Bin Khadim emphasised Directorate's commitment to sustaining its support for bright national young energies through training, increasing their talents, refining their skills, and recruiting them to work in various development areas.
