Muwailih Park opens its doors to visitors

The park was built on an area of 7393 square meters and was supplemented with trees, shrubs and green spaces, in addition to recreational facilities.

Maryam Ahmed Mashabej, Head of the Parks Department at Sharjah Municipality, stated that in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to increase green areas and enhance the aesthetic appearance of the city, the Municipal Council and Sharjah Municipality opened Muwailih Park.

 Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24", Maryam Ahmed Mashabej explained that the park covers an area of 7393 square meters, and includes a number of services and entertainment facilities, and it has been planted with trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers.

 Mashabej revealed that Sharjah municipality has developed a plan to increase the number of parks in Muwailih, with the aim of providing the best services to the people of the neighbourhood.
