Sharjah24: The Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) has stressed its keenness to ensure the happiness of the customers, aiming to deliver a quick and easy customer services, by enhancing various developed services. Sakina Hassan Hashem, Head of the Customer Happiness Service Department at SSSD’s Government Communications Department emphasised that the Department receives 200 calls everyday to ensure customers’ happiness.
Sakina Hassan Hashem, Head of the Customer Happiness Service Department at SSSD’s Government Communications Department, has highlighted the necessity to provide unique different services, ensuring to meet the customers’ satisfaction at all areas, through the SSSD’s various facilities.
She added that the Department receives, on a day-to-day basis, about 200 calls from all segments of society.
