Sharjah24: Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) marked on Sunday the International Day of Happiness, by launching various creative activities in order to spread happiness in the work environment.
Maryam Al Mazmi, Director of the Institutional Communication Center in the department, confirmed that the advanced results achieved by UAE in the indicators of happiness achieved the vision of the wise leadership, which has placed human well-being at the top of its priorities.
Al Mazmi indicated that the department seeks to raise job satisfaction among its employees, which last year amounted to 87%, in order to achieve the objectives of its strategic plan aimed at achieving happiness among employees.
Al Mazmi confirmed that we live first in the homeland of happiness, and our leadership seeks to make its people happy in various fields, and the UAE achieved the happiness indicator in the first place in the Arab world.
