Sharjah24: The General Command of Sharjah Police, represented by the General Department of Central Operations and the Department of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing, in cooperation with the Sharjah Driving Institute, organised a "Happiness Initiative".
"Happiness Initiative" was organised in conjunction with the International Day of Happiness, which falls on March 20 of each year.
The initiative was attended by Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director of the General Department of Central Operations; Lt. Colonel Khaled Muhammad Al Kay, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department; Tariq Al Saleh, Executive Director of the Sharjah Driving Institute, and a number of dealers at the institute, as well as a number of officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals from Sharjah Police.
Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Al Naour stressed that Sharjah Police puts the promotion of happiness and positivity values at the forefront of its goals by consolidating the concept of happiness within its activities that it organizes in the work environment for its employees, and the services it provides to its clients, as happiness is a way of life in the UAE society.
Brigadier Dr. Naour honored the successful dealers who passed all the tests to obtain a new driver's license, and Sharjah Police expressed its participation in the International Day of Happiness, by distributing (10) new driving licenses free of charge to these successful people, and the initiative also included the exchange of commemorative shields between the leadership Sharjah Police, and the strategic partner, the Sharjah Driving Institute.
