Sharjah24: Based on the generous directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to support and sponsor equestrian activities, and under the generous patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club (SERC) organises His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah Cup, in cooperation with the Emirates Racing Authority, being sponsored by Longines, the official sponsor of the race, on Sunday 13 Mar. 2022 at 2:30 p.m., at the Sharjah Longines Track in the club at the Longines Sharjah Racecourse in the club.
The race is held with the support of the Sharjah Sports Council and media sponsorship of Sharjah TV, with the strong participation of purebred Arabian horses, local production horses and purebred hybrid horses, with a total of 75 horses. The race consists of six runs of various distances and levels.
