Sharjah 24: Khorfakkan Department at Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has completed the installation and operation of 12-meter-high decorative lighting poles in Al Loulouia Beach.
Energy-saving lamps were installed to preserve the environment, cables were extended, and two lighting control boxes were installed within Al Loulouia Beach development project, which includes children’s playgrounds, a swimming pool, a beach for women, in addition to services, facilities, and activities that contribute to providing a variety of places for families and tourists.

Engineer Ahmed Al Mulla, Director of the Khorfakkan Department, stressed the Department’s keenness to play a pivotal and important role within its responsibility towards the environment, providing the finest services such as electricity, water, and lighting, noting that, according to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Khorfakkan city turned into a vibrant oasis receiving the best infrastructure by the Government of Sharjah, as it contains many urban, tourism and economic projects and is seeing a large turnout of visitors and tourists.

Engineer Ahmed Al Mulla added that SEWA continues to provide the best services to the residents and projects of the city of Khorfakkan, pointing out that lighting t Al Loulouia Beach in Khorfakkan is one of the important projects that serve the region, which was completed according to the best specifications and at a cost of more than 800 thousand dirhams.
