Sharjah24: Al Khalidiya Suburb Council (AKSC) held its 5th periodic meeting for 2022 at Al Noor Island in Sharjah, headed by His Excellency Khalfan Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of Al Khalidiya Suburb Council in Sharjah, discussing a number of topics related to the Council’s work during the coming period, aiming to support the needy families .
The meeting was attended by the member Ali Hamad bin Sifan, the member Saif Ahmed Al-Mutawa, the council official Omran Al-Hammadi, the employee Hamed Al-Hammadi and from the Women’s Committee Shamsa Juma Ali, Amna Al-Mulla and Huda Al-Bannai.
At the beginning of the meeting, being attended by a number of dignitaries, the Chairman of the Council thanked the management of Al-Noor Island and Shurooq for the good reception and cooperation, lauding their hospitality to welcome the Council's delegation during their periodic meeting.
He stressed the importance of visiting Al Noor Island, which is located on the Buhaira Corniche Road, , Khalid Lagoon, considering it one of the most prominent tourist destinations for families and individuals.
Then, according to the agenda, several topics were discussed, most notably the upcoming initiatives of Al Khalidiya Suburb Council and following up on the families’ conditions in coordination with the concerned authorities, in addition to coordination with the Community Police Department on a number of issues related to the families.
