ATCH receives Conservation Clubs Race Committee

Sharjah 24: Al Thiqah Club for Handicapped (ATCH) in Sharjah received the Conservation Clubs Race Committee at Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), as part of its inspection tours for the clubs to follow up on the implementation of the initiatives and programmes that were approved to win the race prizes, which will differentiate between the clubs on the basis of their efficiency in conserving the consumption of energy and water in Sharjah.
The follow-up team from SSC included Hani Muhammad Al Qassem, strategic planning and quality coordinator, and Mr. Hamad Al Hosani, project executive member and rapporteur.  They were received by members of the Al Nadia Race Committee for Rationalisation at Al Thiqah Club for the Disabled in Sharjah. 

Mr. Hani Al Qassem praised the initiatives offered by Al Thiqah Club for Handicapped in Sharjah to educate members with disabilities about the objectives of the race and the importance of rationalising electricity and water to preserve the Sharjah resources.

Medhat Hegazy, head of the Conservation Clubs Race Committee, thanked and appreciated the committee for the instructions and observations they provided during the visit, stressing that the club’s management developed operational and executive plans to achieve the goal of the race, which is to educate club members about rationalisation and took many awareness measures, both in the media field or the cultural field, as well as the implementation of many measures in order to rationalise the consumption of electricity and water in the club.
