Sharjah 24: His Excellency Ayman Othman Al Barout, Secretary-General of the Arab Parliament for the Child (APC), revealed that the topic of the third session of the second meeting of the Parliament, scheduled to be held on the twenty-sixth of February, will be entitled “Sustainability, an eye on the future”.

Members of Parliament were contacted by the Arab countries delegates in the Arab League to prepare discussions during the proceedings of the session, which will be held remotely with the participation of the children of the Arab world who are members of Parliament.

Children will address sustainability in a number of topics in accordance with the directions of the Parliament’s General Secretariat to link the Arab child to the future, which is an integral part of the human development process, training and preparing Arab children with the best international standards to impact the future, benefiting from all available data.

His Excellency Ayman Othman Al Barout, Secretary-General of APC, stressed that the Parliament’s General Secretariat, through its professionals, qualifies children to discuss their issues, especially those related to the future, and their aspirations for a better tomorrow.

His Excellency Ayman Othman Al Barout pointed out that APC members will discuss sustainability, an eye on the future, within the context of the pursuit of achieving the goals of the Arab Parliament for the child, which contributes to providing vital experiences aimed at preparing Arab children and youth for the future, in light of a changing world.

His Excellency Ayman Othman Al Barout concluded that the topic of the third session complements the previous topic discussed by APC, such as the role of the child in community peace and the topic of innovation, the future platform.
