Sharjah 24: On the sidelines of the celebration of "50 Years of Sultan's Love", which was organised by the Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department, the public expressed that words of thanks and praise did not fulfill His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, as His Highness vowed half a century ago to make Sharjah among the top cities at all levels.
“Sharjah 24” met with a number of citizens who expressed their love for His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on the 50th anniversary of His Highness’s accession.
Dr. Ali Obaid Al Zaabi, Deputy Assistant Director of the University of Sharjah (UoS) for Branch Affairs, stated: "We congratulate His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, and we congratulate ourselves on this occasion dear to all of our hearts, hoping God grant him a long life."
The poet Ali Al Shuwain said: “We celebrate the triumphant march of a wise leader and a loving father who works day and night for a bright future for generations to come.”
Citizen Rashid Al Hanawi said that words of praise are not enough for what His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah has given, highlighting that the achievements His Highness has accomplished in the Emirate made it proverbial.
Abdullah Al Zaabi believed that the massive participation in the fiftieth celebration reveals the extent of people's love for the Ruler of Sharjah, who he has worked hard for decades to provide them with all means of affluent living and to secure future of generations.
Engineer Moza Al Zaabi said, "Thank you, Father Sultan, for all you do for us every day, and congratulations to a ruler who accomplished renaissance to his people."
