Sharjah 24: Official events showcased the praise towards the efforts of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in all fields for fifty years, during which His Highness placed Sharjah in the ranks of global cities.
In statements to “Sharjah 24”, a number of officials expressed that appreciation and praise do not fulfill towards the great 50 years achievements of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
This came during a celebration held in Khorfakkan entitled "50 years of Sultan’s Love", during which officials maintained that His Highness gave the unlimited effort, time and money to serve the country, its citizens and residents.
His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, said that His Highness the Ruler is a model of good governance with the wisdom of the father and the vision of the leader who worked early on building the human being as a pillar of renaissance and development that affected all aspects of life and qualified Sharjah to be a global city by all standards.
His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, stated: "We pray God to protect him and bless his life and health, and to reward him with the best reward for the efforts and sacrifices he made, which achieved Sharjah an international reputation, and for its citizens and residents to live well."
In turn, Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Al Athmni, Director General of Sharjah Police Science Academy, confirmed that the celebration of 50 years under the wise rule of His Highness is in fulfillment of the unlimited gifts His Highness made to the country and its people.
Lt. Col. Saeed Al Naqbi of Sharjah Police said: "50 years of giving, growth and pride, in which His Highness made a tremendous effort and wrote Sharjah's position in golden letters in the pages of history."
Omar Yaqoub Al Mansouri, Director of the Branches of Estate Registration Department, stressed that half a century of work, construction, giving and development is a journey full of all kinds of achievement, which was accomplished with a sound and insightful vision and tireless and arduous efforts for the sake of the advancement of this country and the happiness of its people and residents.
Abdullah Al Naqbi, Governor of Al Nahwa, prayed to God Almighty to bless his health and grant him a long life, adding that His Highness devoted his life and time to the happiness of his people and the advancement of his Emirate and its empowerment in various sectors until it became the capital of science, knowledge, culture and tourism.
